$10 Maximum every 2 months. A receipt is required.

PERMANENTS

$35 Maximum every 6 months. A receipt is required.

CLOTH DIAPERS

An initial supply may be purchased from initial clothing allowance to

be submitted on the first month's invoice (any additional cloth diapers

must be purchased out of the per diem.  A receipt is required.

DISPOSABLE DIAPERS

A maximum of $40 per month.  A receipt is required.

INFANT FORMULA

WIC - Call Health Dept to make appointment

PICTURES

$15 per year.  A receipt is required

SPECIAL NEEDS ITEMS

Get prior approval for things as vaporizers, corrective shoes, braces, life vest, etc. If approved a receipt is required.
