Congratulations to Cherokee Counties 2008 Foster Family of the Year! Cherokee County Department of Family and Children Services awarded Jared and Misty Hitch of Ball Ground 2008's Foster/Adoptive Family of the year this past Tuesday night at the annual Foster/Adoptive parent appreciation banquet.
